Festi-Génie 2018

In an effort to promote education especially in the challenging fields of mathematics and sciences, the Crosby Fund sponsored an academic competition at our Education Center this past Spring bringing together 16 schools from all over the Artibonite Valley.  For 8 consecutive weeks the top 6 students in grades 7-9 from each school competed, answering questions assembled by the Crosby Fund’s science and math tutors.  After two months of competition, we were thrilled and proud to award the 1st ($800), 2nd ($500) and 3rd ($300) place schools with cash awards for their well earned achievement.  This coming Spring we look forward to once again hosting the Festi Génie 2019 competition at our Education Center in Deschapelles!
